The Challenge

The Solution
Red Van Workshop implemented a Salesforce-native learning commerce platform powered by Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Order Management, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Red Van's Autobahn framework.
The platform unified course discovery, registration, payment, learner engagement, and continuing education workflows into a single ecosystem while meeting the institution's branding, security, and compliance requirements.
Salesforce-Native Registration and Commerce. Red Van rebuilt the institution's course catalog and registration experience on Salesforce Core, consolidating learner registration and payment processing into a single platform. The implementation provided a consistent learner experience across programs while reducing operational complexity for internal teams.
Platform Expansion and Evolution. Following the successful launch, the institution expanded the platform through a major enhancement initiative that introduced new program types, additional business workflows, and deeper Salesforce integrations. This expansion demonstrated the flexibility of the architecture and reinforced Salesforce as the foundation for future learning and registration initiatives.
